In the thesis the scientific problem of mathematical modeling of diffusion processes in two-phase stratified bodies including arbitrary size inclusions individual phases and their random nature and dispersion of the field and field correlation function of concentration. To this end, developed an approach to mathematical modeling of diffusion and the method of the variance of the random field of concentration and two-point correlation function of stochastic fields in layered structures using the Neumann series , the procedure of averaging over ensemble of field configurations.
