Essay

Object: pusher furnace temperatures determination process under coupling of a technological measuring point, gas volumes, work surfaces, brickwork surfaces temperatures with using of a data-measuring system, which build on virtual models and certified devices. Methods: metrological operation implementation methodology for indeterminateness inaccuracy identification in concordance with international standard ISO 5725-1; radiant heat exchange theory elements; heat-flux density measuring method; difference scheme solution of a non-stationary thermal conductivity task. Goal: advancing functionality facilities and extending accuracy indices of a pusher type furnace temperature profile estimation data-measuring system which build on certified devices and thermalphysic processes virtual models by identification inaccuracy kind with next control results correction and continuous brickwork technical state estimation execution. Theoretical and practical results: actual national economy task of a pusher type furnace temperature profile estimation system which has advanced functionality facilities and extended accuracy indices development were solved. It was solved by using certified devices and thermalphysic processes computer models, which build on determined interrelation between temperatures in technological measuring point, gas volumes, work surfaces, brickwork surfaces and non-exceptional methodical error component residue. Scientific novelty: for the first time were suggested method of a pusher furnace thermal operation model geometrical angular emissivity coefficient between 2-D and 3-D zones and between two 3-D zones determination. For the first time was developed pusher furnace temperature state estimation data-measuring system building method, which allows to interrelate between temperatures in technological measuring point, gas volumes, work surfaces, brickwork surfaces and non-exceptional methodical error component residue. For the first time were suggested method of a thermal aggregate brickwork technical state estimation, based on outer and inner furnace brickwork sides temperatures consistent definition. Adoption rate: brickwork technical state estimation method using to estimate "Nadiya" Co Ltd boiler plant fire chamber fireproof barrier state. Material of the thesis using in coke cake cross-sectional temperature distribution estimation in public company "EVRAZ Dneprodzerginskiy KHZ" coke-oven battery. Method of a pusher furnace brickwork technical state estimation, method of technological measuring point temperature may be recommend to use on thick-leaved shop, heavy merchant shop, rail and structural steel shop of public company "MK"Azovstal". Area of use: metallurgy.
