Complete description of biological ecologo-cenotic and resources peculiarities of Bidens species in the Dnieper River Valley is first given and strategic directions for non exhaustive use, enrichment and protection of resources are offered according to that. Species characters for species identification were revealed. Bidenti frondosae-Bidentetum connatae ass. nova is described as a new association. Ecolo-cenotic strategy of Bidens spesies has been found and defined as explerent (R) and explerent-stress-tolerant (RS). Methodological approaches for resource assessment of alluvial therophytes of wetlands were developed.
