A research object is a process of measuring control of thickness of dielectric coverage of flat metallic surfaces; the purpose of work is an increase of authenticity of measuring control of thickness of dielectric coverage of flat metallic surfaces; research methods are based on the use of mathematical design of structure of mean of measuring control of thickness of dielectric coverages of metallic surfaces, integral calculation and numeral methods, methods of algorithmization, programming, circuit technics; theoretical results - analytical dependence which zvyazyvaet time of fading of free vibrations excited in the LC-circuit of transformer and distance between the butt end of spool of inductance and by the electro-conducted foundation of control object is first got; in theory the optimum value of frequency of the excited vibrations is certain for the thickness of metallic foundation of control object from a range 0.18 - 0.36 mm, which is within the limits of 630 - 650 kGc, that provides the maximal sensitiveness of control in a turn-down thickness of dielectric coverage from 10 mkm to 200 mkm; a twofrequency method is improved which allows to decrease influence on the results of measurings of thickness of metallic foundation of control object for the account of the use of procedure of by turn excitation of transformer on different frequencies; the method of selection of circumflex is improved attenuation vibrations, which uses linear interpolation on local maximums of vibrations, that allowed to increase exactness of selection of interval time; practical results - the interconnect chart of transformer is developed flow and of principle diagrams of mean of measuring control, the experimental standard of mean is investigational. Degree of introduction - dissertation job performances are inculcated on LTD. of enterprise "EXPRESS" (с. Zhmerinka), on LTD. Factory of packing wares of "Vintar" (с. Vinnitsa) and in the educational process of department of metrologii and industrial automation of the Vinnitsa national technical university. A sphere (area) of the use is technological processes of overcoating on metallic surfaces.
