Khomyk O. Scientific and methodological principles of forming the strategy of overcoming the asymmetry of regional development

The thesis is devoted to theoretical generalization and improvement of scientific and methodological principles of formation of strategies in order to overcome the asymmetry of regional landscapes. Conceptual framework of the topic, the system objectives and principles of regional policy were improved and expanded. Methodical approaches to integrated assessment of levels of regional development were suggested, which take into account the degree of asymmetry of the individual components of sustainable development of algorithm and their consideration in the strategy of regional development. Proposals on how to improve the alignment tool of regional development, institutional support and management model of regional development strategy were formed.
