Chongova A. Dendroflora of garden art memorial parks of Zaporizhzhya region (structure, ecological assessment, decorativeness)

The results of dendroflora comprehensive analysis of garden art memorial parks of Zaporizhzhya region are presented at the thesis work, as well as their phytocoenotic structure phytomeliorative role and their recreational potential in the city of Zaporizhzhya. The process of park creating as well as planting level of big towns of Zaporizhzhya region have been analyzed. The species and forms diversity, biomorphological, geographical, ecological, phytocoenotic, economic structures, phytosozologic representativeness of trees diversity of garden art memorial parks of Zaporizhzhya region. The complex evaluation of vitality of garden art memorial parks of Zaporizhzhya region are presented on basis of visual, morphometric and physiological parameters. The level of decorative woody plants of garden art memorial parks of Zaporizhzhya region was determined; an esthetic evaluation of planting was given; the conformity of aesthetic value of parks to existing conservation status was cleared.
