Essay

Spatial-temporal dynamics, shaping factors, cyclical factors exhaustion flood hydrograph recession curve are investigated and made their prediction to the 2018-2019. Features of human-induced changes in basins, their impact the amount of the depletion curve coefficients flood hydrograph recession are detected. Maps of the distribution coefficients of variation medium on the basis of long-term storage of information demonstrate that areas of improvement coefficients of variation and maximum water flow modules are stored in the increased numbers of maximum outgoings.
