Essay

Dissertation is directed on the increase of operating descriptions of cast-iron grindings balls. The influence on the processes of structure formation nanomodifying iron and according to its properties, and also the impact of technological inputs iron balls on their quality. Has been analysed technological factors which affected performance properties of cast-iron grinding balls. Has been justified the choice of nanomodifying additives for iron to increase its impact and abrasion resistance. The technology of modification of cast-iron brignetted by modifiers based on nanodispersed ТiCN was developed. Influence of heat treatment of cast-iron balls is set on shock firmness and wearproofness. Computer design of crystallization processes of balls in the mold of knockout and determined the effect and chemical composition of the fill of srinkage cavity in the balls was held. Were made recommendation on improving the technology of balls cast in chill-chill on the сonveyor plant in terms of P.L.C. (АrselorМittal Kriviy Rih). The results of industrial test of the technology deployed modification of cast-iron briquetted modifiers to improve the operational properties of grinding balls were presented.
