Object of research - the process of quantrons optoelectronic imaging processing; goal is to improve the work efficiency quantrons imaging through the use of opto-electronic functional elements; research methods of mathematical analysis methods, methods of the theory of algorithms, methods of applied information theory, methods of the theory of digital signal and image processing; theoretical results: for the first time on the determination of the dynamic versatility for quantrons circuitry, which can improve the efficiency of its use in optoelectronic image processing processing; modified method generally pyramidal - contour preparation using criteria system for calculating a threshold that allows the automatic fail-rewriting many gradations image to ternary image; the first time a method for edge detection image data for implementing quantrons imaging processing. Practical result is that the use of the proposed methods and specific solutions allows to obtain more advanced compared to the known , the software and hardware used for image processing in computer systems. Degree of integration - the main findings incorporated into a limited liability company " Planet M", in "Center for Medical Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine ," as well as in the educational process VNTU . Sphere (area) application - medical diagnostics, quality control of industrial products, monitoring of space objects.
