Object of research - process of measurement and processing of polytypic electrophysiological signals (EphS) by the computerized information and measuring system (CIMS). The purpose - expansion of functionality of CIMS EphS at the expense of unification of structure of measuring channels and accuracy increase by correction of the distortions brought at digital processing. The conducted theoretical researches are based on modern methods of digital signal processing, the theory of signals, the spectral analysis, the theory of IMS and the theory of signal restoration. Experimental researches were carried out by a method of computer modeling with use of modern information technologies. Modernized structure CIMS EphS by applying the modular principle of combining measurement channels unified structure , and combining design and information links , which reduces hardware costs . A criterion for evaluating the effectiveness of minimization of overshoot and ringing (Gibbs's effect) during digital processing EphS based , in contrast to the known criteria for the analysis of time-domain representation of the signal and a distorted account of the sample size . Further development of the digital recovery of EphS , which allows to take into account the specific desired transfer characteristic of each measuring channel KIIS in a limited sample size. The main results are used in scientific researches, are applied in clinical practice of medical institutions and are introduced in subject of the research direction of technical university. Field of application is the research problems of medical diagnostics.
