In dissertation justified the theoretical and methodological bases and practical recommendations for modernizing the infrastructure of regional economic complexes. The essence of the content, structure, and properties of the production infrastructure as a system, the factors of its formation and operation. Review of methodological approaches, methods and indicators, based on the use of which carried out a comprehensive assessment of the level of infrastructural support regions of Ukraine. Systematized the principles of the formation, operation and development of industrial infrastructure in the region, advanced scientific and methodological approaches to the definition of specific guidelines for their segmentation process principles, mechanisms and systems. A mechanism of innovation and investment to ensure the modernization of production infrastructure on the basis of priority-phased approach. Substantiated the main strategic directions of modernization of industrial infrastructure in the modern world.
