Essay

The thesis is dedicated to study of biochemical properties of carboxypeptidase A at tumors of the mammalian gland. The increasing activity of carboxypeptidase A in the benignant and malignant tumor tissue of the mammalian gland of women is discovered. The highest activity of carboxypeptidase A is detected in the benignant tumors of the mammalian gland which has intensive proliferation. In the malignant tumors the increasing activity of carboxypeptidase A is inversely proportional to the reinforcement of malignation. The process of transformation in the mammalian gland is accompanied with the increasing the spectrum of the plural forms of carboxypeptidase A and causes the appearance of the tumor associated forms of the enzymes. In vitro study has shown that of carboxypeptidase A from the non-transformed tissue and tumors of the mammalian gland is presented by different forms, which differ with chemical and biochemical properties. Inhibition by phenylalanine of carboxypeptidase A from the non-transformed tissue, benignant and malignant tumor of the mammalian gland occurs by noncompetitive type.
