Essay

The object of research: measurings processes in the biosensory systems by highly sensitive impedansometric facilities. The purpose of research: an improvement of methods of measuring and apparatus of the thermomeasuring and conductometric channels differential sensors. Methods of research: theoretical bases of the electrical engineering and informative-measuring technique, computer and physical design. Basic results and innovations: increase and stabilizing of sensitiveness of thermobiosensor and conductometry systems by application of the balanced bridges of alternating current with impedance transducers, methods of calculations critically important sensor parameters, development of mass production devices. A subject and degree of the application: the experimental models of the biosensor systems are used for scientific researches and working off the new methods of control of industrial biotechnologies in scientific establishments of NAS of Ukraine. Effectiveness of implantation: frequent reduction of sizes and cost, improvement of technical and operating descriptions of the biosensor systems, replacement of the imported equipment, possibility of mass production and export of scientific products. The sphere of application: biochemical researches, medicine and veterinary science, control f food stuffs quality, ecological control.
