Essay

The thesis is devoted to studying the mechanisms of action of anticancer factors in terms of their conjugation with new nanoscale polymeric carriers. It is shown that doxorubicin and KР1019, conjugated with such carrier is much stronger than free drugs to inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells of different origin and does not change the basic mechanisms of their action. It was improved the basic mechanisms of cellular uptake of such drugs complexes with a polymeric carrier, as well as mechanisms of their effectiveness in vitro and in vivo.
