In dissertation gives the definition of person's deformation in the community intercourse, shows its criteria and indexes. It analyzes service intercourse in law - enforcement bodies and states the high level of standard skills transformation in professional vocabulary and law - enforcement personnel behavior into various fields of social interaction. Gender peculiarities of person's deformation according to the length of service in hard conditions of the service intercourse are defined.
