Dissertation is devoted analysis of a deep structure of earth crust and the top mantle of the Kirovograd ore area according to geoelectric data and the analysis of communication of anomalies of the raised electrical conductivity with metasomatic transformations of the soils conducting to deposit formation of uranium and gold. The nature of anomalies of the raised electrical conductivity on depths to 2.5 km defined by regional metasomatic transformations of the soils conducting to formation of ore salinity (uranium, gold, diamond). For the first time for the Kirovograd ore area the model of distribution of values of electroresistance to depth of 100 km by results of one-dimensional inversion of data МТЗis constructed. The three-dimensional geoelectric model of earth crust and the top mantle of the Kirovograd ore area is constructed and specified.
