The thesis covers the developing of magnetometer method of congestion control of industrial transport railway vehicles and developing on its basis the appropriate device ba-sed of flux-gate converters.The technique is to measure the horizontal and vertical components of the magnetic field and to obtain the result value, which is correlated with the congestion of industrial rail transport vehicle. This allows to control congestion on any stretch of railway.
