The thesis is devoted to the improvement of approaches to organizational and economic regulation of RCGM. An approach that takes into account the role of the RCGM in the region's economy. Systematized factors impact on regional consumer market products. An approach to evaluating RCGM that involves determination of its spatial characteristics. In order to improve organizational and economic regulation of RCGM is proposed of the concept of regulation of consumer goods market Crimea.
