Kichuk N. A maximal flow of rain floods in the South of Ukraine and its calculation characteristics.

The object - materials of many years' hydrometrical observation of a maximal flow of rain floods on the rivers of the South of Ukraine; the goal - the argumentation and the practical realization of determination methods of a maximal flow of rain floods calculating characteristics on the plain rivers of the South of Ukraine; methods - of moments, of maximal probability, graphico-analytical, guarantee of guarantees; the results - the fixing of characteristics of a maximal flow of rain floods on the rivers of the South of Ukraine is executed using the two-operators' model of their formation and maximal daily precipitations in warm period of the year; maximal modules of the slope flow with the 1% guarantee are determinated; the measure of the channel floodplain regulation effects on maximal rain floods losses quantities is calculated; the novelty - the scientific argumentation and the practical realization of Befani-Gopchenko theoretic model for calculating different overstatement probability rain floods characteristics; the introduction degree - implemented; the branch of using - water agencies.
