The object of research: future managers' ability to joint management activity; the purpose: to prove and to investigate future managers' ability to joint management activity and to work out a psychosocial program of its' molding; methods: questionnaire, observation, experiment; novelty: a model molding of ability of future managers to joint management was developed and a system of positive and negative qualities that contribute or interfere future managers' joint management was distinguished; results of research: a system of diagnostics' sources of formation of ability to joint management activity of students with management specialization was developed, the branch: psychology.
