Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of aerodynamics and heat transfer in cooling systems of microjet burners of stabilizer type. The complex analyzing study of effectiveness for the proposed cooling systems, which are characterized by the using of natural gas as a cooling agent before it entering the combustion chamber is performed. The regularities of flow and heat transfer in cooling systems with air blowing of internal end surface of stabilizer by flat impact jet and by system of round impact jets are determined. The characteristics of cooling systems on application of deflector structures with different configurations are investigated. The analysis of influence on the efficiency of cooling systems of stabilizer burners several design parameters is performed. Special attention is paid to the study of the characteristics of the proposed cooling systems, depending on the boiler load. The recommendations on selection of different versions of cooling microjet burners on the base of the research results are developed.
