Burdin O. Increase of the efficiency of machining by grinding on different materials workpiece by the modes optimization

Object of research - flat plunge grinding process materials with different physical - mechanical properties of the grinding wheel of superhard materials in metal bond with the electrical effects on the working surface of the circle . The aim is to increase the effectiveness of treatment, while the grinding of dissimilar materials by optimizing the process to reflect changes during the processing of the cutting ability of the circle. Theoretical studies were carried out on the basis of the theory of cutting , grinding processes Thermophysics . Experiments were conducted using mathematical and physical modeling . Results of experimental studies were analyzed by methods of mathematical statistics. The theoretical results are to develop the theory of grinding , practical results used to develop the technological regulations. Results of the study are introduced in Donetsk design - Design Technology Institute. Scope - mechanical engineering.
