Essay

The field of elastic displacements appears at mechanical equipment operation. In order to improve an efficiency of early diagnostic to detect dependences between defect parameters and probabilistic characteristics of vibration signals of construction typical elements on the base of their dynamic models using methods of periodically non-stationary random processes. Methods of probability theory and mathematical statistics, methods of spectral and correlation theory of stationary and periodically non-stationary random processes and theory of their characteristics estimation on the base of experimental data, mathematical and physical modelling, oscillation theory, numerical techniques, computer modelling, physical experiment, diagnostics methods. The distinctive changes of vibration signals probabilistic characteristics of constructions typical elements at defect increasing are detected. New diagnostic criteria of defect increasing. The efficiency of the method using for defects defection on the early stages of their increasing at industrial objects observation is shown.
