Essay

The thesis is devoted to solving the problem of change resistance efforts of hydraulic shock absorber under conditions of operation. Restoration of resistance efforts that varies when changing temperature of the working fluid is proposed to provide by automatic correction of flow rate through a throttle of valve-throttle unit. The mathematical model of cushioning unit with hydraulic shock absorber by which made a quantitative assessment of the impact of changes in the temperature of the working fluid resistance effort and determined control function of throttle areas. As a means of automatic control proposed use of bimetallic drive combined with variable throttle from a flat valve. To achieve sufficient accuracy of mathematical model was experimentally determined and calculated dependence of the flow rate of the liquid from the Reynolds number and kinematic viscosity. The methods of designing engineering thermostable valve- throttle units of hydraulic shock absorbers, that take into account design features of shock absorber, operating conditions and requirements for stability of characteristics was developed.
