Research object: production control processes of electric detonators. Research aim: automating the process of pressing pyrotechnic moderator in the production of electric detonators this microcontroller-based control system press equipment under optimal process parameters by stabilization response time electric detonators. Research methods: experimental design, statistical analysis, dynamic identification, control theory, mathematical statistics methods and experimental modelling. Theoretical and practical results: development of models and methods to improve the quality of process control pyrotechnic moderator electric detonators, by stabilizing the operating time. Novelty: scientifically substantiated the possibility of improving the quality of process control pyrotechnic moderator electric detonators, developed a mathematical model of the process compression the powder material pyrotechnic moderator electric detonators. The degree of implementation: Shostka State Plant "Impulse". Scope of application: Mining.
