The thesis is devoted to studying the impact of allogenic undifferentiated mesenchymal stem cells from bone marrow on the course of experimental and simulated mioglobinuric acute renal failure in rats and cats. Determined the course of reparative processes in the kidney of experimental animals as a result of damage to the structure of the kidneys according to its functions and after the introduction of the culture of undifferentiated allogeneic bone marrow stem cells in different amounts. Studied biochemical parameters of blood serum of rats and dogs, the urine of rats and microscopic changes in the structure of kidney in control animals with simulated acute renal failure and after application of allogeneic mesenchymal stem cell origin. The efficiency impact of stem cells on cats under experimental acute renal failure compared with conventional treatments.
