Goal - improving the technology of welding two-layer steels for manufacturing metal working in corrosive environments , high temperatures and cyclic loads , using welding materials, increasing their strength and performance. Object - processes occurring during the two-layer welding steels operating properties for the joint two-layer steel ст5сп5 + 10Х13 . Item - welding process parameters in the preparation of double-layer steel welded joints , properties of the welded joints . Methods - optical metallography , standard procedure for determination of weld ability made samples , methods for determining the mechanical and performance properties, models predict the state of the welded sample when exposed to stress. Novelty - a method of increasing the service life of the trough scraper mechanism through the use of sinter metal 10Х13 as receiving layer active media and dynamic loads ; computational -experimental method defined operational stability of the working layer of the welded joint two-layer steel ст3сп5+ 10X13, a thickness of 0,02 m, defined indicators most influence on the strength and performance characteristics ; the optimal values of the angle of cutting edge welded joint two-layer clad steel ( 800 for 600 ) and main (300 - 500 ) layers in automatic welding under flux, increasing the download process equipment and 40 % found that used as the metal plating layer increases the resistance of 10Х13 low cycle fatigue life and increases the construction troughs 25%. The economic effect of the introduction - 134,5 ths. UAH.
