Serdioucov J. Morpho-functional characteristic of the mucosa of pig stomach and her endocrinocytes in chronic gastritis

The investigation of micro- and ultrastructure of mucosal cells, and in particular the diffuse endocrine system of the stomach of pigs in various types of chronic gastritis, their quantitative changes. Specifies the microscopic structure of the gastric mucosa in normal pigs, the features of its microstructure in chronic atrophic and hypertrophic gastritis. A study of elective histochemical detection of different types of exocrynocytes gastric glands and describe their morphology and quantitative changes. Using histochemical and cytological studies identified three types of cells of APUD-system of the stomach pigs, determined their quantitative changes in various types of chronic gastritis and suggested quantitative explanation of these changes. Specified ultrastructure of exocrynocytes and endocrynocytes fundic and pyloric gastric glands in normal pigs and described their ultrastructure with various types of chronic gastritis.
