Essay

The thesis focuses on the improvement the early diagnosis of the factors of poor prognosis and timely prevention the consequences of realization of these pathological processes. Identified specific clinical, radiographic and MRI signs of damage structures of the spine to determine the severity of the disease and proposed differentiated approach to the treatment of different groups of patients. Based on the findings identified predictors of unfavorable clinical course of the disease and to identified capability therapeutic correction of clinical and functional impairment, depending on the form and duration of ankylosing spondyloarthritis.
