The thesis deals with the impact of global climate change on water flow rivers of Ukraine. This was done overview of studies of the impact of climatic factors on water flow both in Ukraine and in foreign countries, discussed methodology for assessing the impacts of climate change on the water drain, selected observation points for river runoff, precipitation and air temperature. According to the method of M. Voronchuk was investigated cyclical fluctuations in water runoff, low-set time periods and abundant on selected representative bodies of water within the available observation period. Based on a comprehensive analysis of temporal elements of water and heat balance revealed and confirmed by Kolmogorov-Smirnov time violation climatic conditions of the flow rivers of various natural zones of Ukraine, which accounts for 1988 - 1989 years. Identified three groups of rivers with different temporal dynamics of water flow, the accuracy of which was confirmed by Mann-Kendall test. Reviewed changes in-year distribution of water flow and the amount of rainfall (seasonally and monthly) by different methods, found reduced runoff in spring flooding and increased low-flow runoff, reducing rainfall in summer and winter, and increase in intermediate seasons.
