Vasylchenko L. Conceptual framework and practical bases of development of regional economical systems

The theoretical generalization of scientific tasks is carried out in this thesis and its solution is presented at the regional level; it means the substantiation of conceptual bases of development of regional economical systems of Ukraine and elaboration of practical recommendations on the formation and activation of generators of economic growth of the region; the estimation of social and economic development of the regions of Ukraine is given, the analysis of structural and dynamic changes in the regional economical systems in a spatial dimension and characteristics of the scale and specifics of market transformation processes in the economy of the country is done, the level of diversification of regional economical systems is determined, cluster analysis is carried out and the typology of the regions of Ukraine is formed; a concept for formation of "generators of economic development" of the regional economical systems is proposed, the structural model of regional economical system on the basis of generators of the economic growth is developed, the strategic priorities of development of economical systems of the region are defined.
