The thesis revealed the theoretical and methodological bases of reforming housing and communal services of a large city, are the constituent elements of Housing and disclosed approaches to the definition of the concept and the process of reform; considerable attention is paid to the analysis of the current state of housing and communal services of Ivano-Frankivsk, identified problems in the functioning and development of the housing sector, carried out their sociological assessment and evaluation of problems to ensure quality drinking water to the city of Ivano-Frankivsk; based on the analysis of the ways of improving the housing reform of the city, namely, formed the concept of organizational and economic mechanisms for energy efficiency in the housing Ivano-Frankivsk, justified by way of introduction of public-private partnerships in the subsystem housing Ivano-Frankivsk, suggested improvement of administrative functions in the process Housing Reform Ivano-Frankivsk.
