Essay

The thesis is devoted to improve the efficiency of the neutralization apparatus in the production of ammonium nitrate by the improving existing and developing new neutralization process control systems based on the of rheological transitions principles with the mathematical and physical modeling methods and mathematical statistics methods. Physical models of the neutralization process rheological transitions are first developed and the dependence of the reaction mass temperature change by the height in the neutralization apparatus is eceived.The rheological transitions theory for designing the neutralization process control algorithms is developed. To improve control accuracy is proposed the method control at time constants of mass transfer. Scope - the chemical industry.
