Essay

Investigation object: the process of generating electricity powerful turbo-generators with failures occur because of damage its elements. Objective: development of models of physical processes in the presence of defects, the methodologies of calculation of a residual resource and diagnostic tools to improve performance reliability of the turbine generators. Methods and apparatus: methods of mathematical, physical and statistical modeling of electromagnetic and vibrational processes, methods of dynamic programming. Theoretical and practical results: developed methods of integrated diagnostics and forecasting of the technical condition of turbo-generators, their scientific foundations of models and specific features of the physical processes in case of defects, new diagnostic parameters, criteria of the accumulation of defects limit. Developed methodological tools integral diagnosis and determination of residual resource, which allow to foresee and prevent failures and accidents of the turbogenerators. Novelty: developed new ways of electromagnetic diagnostics of pressing the stator core and vibrodiagnostics of stator on the basis of newly entered criterion of defect accumulation, for the first time the method of determining resource turbogenerator under the economic feasibility of exploitation. Degree of implementation: implemented in State enterprise "Electrovazhmash", Krivorizska TPS. Scope: results of work are used at the enterprises of electric power industry.
