Object - the intensity of metabolic processes, cellular and humoral immunity in cows of different levels of milk productivity in dead and postpartum periods. Purpose - to determine the intensity of metabolic processes, cellular and humoral immunity cows milk production of different levels in the pre- and postnatal periods in connection with reproductive function when exposed to aloe. Methods: Biochemical, immunological, statistics. Novelty: The new data characterizing the protein and lipid metabolism, cellular and humoral immunity, reproductive function in cows of different levels of milk production in the prenatal and postpartum periods using aloe. First shows the effect of the introduction of aloe extract on fatty acid composition of total lipids and fatty acids ratio neeterifikovanih erythrocytes cows. Established stimulatory effect of aloe extract on oxygen - transport function of the blood, the number of T- and B-lymphocytes and their functional activity indicators body's natural resistance . Revealed a significant increase in the synthesis of progesterone and estradiol - 17 for the actions of aloe extract that stimulates the restoration of full sexual cycles and increases the fertility of cows. Results: A scheme for parenteral administration aloe cows in the dry period provides the normalization of the course of labor and stimulates the regeneration of a sexual cycle in cows after calving. The results are used for system evaluation and analysis of the impact of aloe extract on blood biochemical parameters and individual links humoral and cellular immune response of cows, and also provides a method to increase their reproductive capacity (Ukraine received a patent for useful model № 67992 from 12.03.2012). Results of experimental studies implemented in farms Lviv region, and are also used in the educational process of Lviv National University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology named SZ Gzhitskogo.
