Matt thesis is to study the characteristics and stages of development of the Orthodox Church of the Czech Lands and Slovakia in 1945 - at this stage, the main principles and the principles of state religious policy under totalitarian Czechoslovakia reveal the practical significance of the experience of the Church in terms of two independent states - the Czech and Slovak Republics. Object is socio-cultural and religious processes Church in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The methodological basis of the thesis consists principles of historicism, consistency and objectivity, as well as methods used: problem, analysis and synthesis, comparison, logical, historical. First studied: Church policy of the Moscow Patriarchate in the territory of Czechoslovakia in the postwar period, political factors causes changes in jurisdiction Czech Orthodox diocese in 1946, the process of formation of the church administrative-territorial structure, legal status of the Church in the late XX - early XXI century.
