Based on theoretic data and experiment the technology of strengthening steel details of rotation of difficult form by means of rolling-off in order to increase wear resistance of pulleys. Obtain a solution of the contact problem for the evaluation of the stress- strain state of the friction pair. Studies processes influence hardening of parts working on collapse, and to determine the depth and extent of work hardening. Established diffusion of chemical elements and the surface layer is studied wear of contact surfaces of friction rolling considering slippage.
