Essay

Object of study: hydrodynamic processes in hydraulic unit power of low power for hydraulic systems. Objective: To enhance the level of the hydraulic power unit of low power due to the improvement of methods of calculation, design and circuit design, by definition rational parameters. Research methods: theoretical studies based on the provisions of the theory of fluid mechanics, fluid mechanics, systems analysis. Used methods of control theory, mathematical modeling, theory of optimal systems, activity-based costing. Experimental research methods were based on mathematical statistics. Theoretical and practical results: developed schematic hydraulic power unit, the generalized nonlinear mathematical model of its workflow. Refined analytical relationships to calculate the density of the working fluid and the bulk modulus. Developed: an integrated improved technique for calculating the volume of thermal hydraulic unit; method of calculation and design of the hydraulic unit based on the optimization of him operating parameters and cost. Novelty: first developed hierarchical model of hydraulic power unit on which proposed the concept of definition of rational design and operating parameters; developed a generalized mathematical model workflow hydrounit low power supply, which allows you to design a perspective schematic hydraulic power unit; identified characteristics and patterns of working processes in the hydraulic power unit; first experimentally determined the content of gas in working fluid the outlet of the hydraulic power unit low power on performance hydraulic unit rotation.
