Essay

The thesis is devoted to investigation of the influence of interdiffusion and phase formation processes on magneto-resistive and magneto-optical properties of bi-layer film systems and spin-valve structures on their basis. The aim of the thesis - to define the correlation between phase-structural state and magneto-resistance (MR) and magneto-optical Kerr effect (MOKE) of bi-layer film systems and spin-valve structures on the basis of Fe, Co, Cr and Au during the diffusion and phase formation processes; to obtain the optimal conditions for condensation process, concentration of the components in bi-layer film systems, which were the part of the spin-valve structures, to provide the thermal stability of their magnetic properties.
