Mazur O. Systemic organization of the operational-territorial development of the regional agro-industrial complex

Dissertation is focused on substantiating the theoretical-methodological and practical key principles in the development and operational-territorial organization of the regional agro-industrial complex. Economic essence, role and significance of the regional agro-industrial complex in ensuring reproductive process have been determined along with preconditions and principles of formation of its territorial organization under the conditions of increasing globalization and regionalization. On the basis of a comprehensive quantitative-qualitative analysis and character of the structural-dynamic transformations in the agro-industrial complex developed has been the organization-economic mechanism to ensure streamlining of its operational-structural organization and efficient functioning with the focus on enhancing and speeding up the investment-innovative and marketing activities. The measures to improve management activities in the regional agro-industrial complex and reduce ecological impact of the production have been proposed. The new integrational territorial-production forms of the vertical-horizontal nature of the regional agro-industrial complex along with the types of possible inter-regional cooperation have been outlined. The strategy for the systemic territorial-operational organization of the regional agro-industrial complex aimed at ensuring its stable development focused on increased economic efficiency and enhanced wellbeing of the people has been developed.
