Zhamyl A. Automatic control of process-dependent parameters of magnetic concentration plant by signals of induction of magnetic field of separators

The thesis deals with the actual scientific and technical problem of automatic control of technological variables of magnetic concentration plant on the basis of establishment of new regularity of formation of signals of induction of magnetic field of separators working area and usage of industrial magnetic separators as natural automatic analyzers of results of iron ore magnetic separation. Automatic system is developed for control of magnetic separators performance, mass fraction of iron in separator feeding, concentrate output and extraction of iron. Scientific substantiations are produced for functional algorithmic structure and technical requirements for automatic systems of control, adjustment and optimization of technological systems of magnetic separation by the signals of induction of separators magnetic field. Results of the research have been implemented at the CGOK and also can be used on other magnetic concentration plants of iron ore.
