Hazuda S. Regional features of the rural development

The article explores the theoretical basis for sustainable rural development, which plays the important role in the social and economic growth of the region. There was made the analysis of the regional characteristics and prerequisites of rural development for its major components, namely: economic, social, environmental. There was given the management mechanism based on motivational factors for balanced rural development. It provides into the process of developing and implementing the mechanism of operation (regulation, stimulation) in the sphere of the rural development, the formation of motivation factors for all participants for their interest of solving tasks.
