Zalipukhin O. The influence of Strontium on the mineral metabolism of the various age rabbits and the methods of its correction

The thesis is devoted to the study of the Strontium influence on the mineral metabolism of the various age rabbits and the methods of its correction. The biological model of the poisoning of the 3 and 12 month old rabbits by the strontium chloride was developed. Also the parameters of the acid-base state, mineral, nitrogen, protein metabolism in the organism of the poisoned various age rabbits were researched. It is noted that the injection of the vitamin E, sodium selenite and mineral supplement "Tricalciumphosphate" in the poisoned various age rabbits authentically causes the reduction of the Strontium level in the organism of the rabbits. The use of the mineral supplement "Tricalciumphosphate" leads to more effective reduction of the strontium level and has better economic effect. Therefore the last one may be used like an effective means of the correction of the strontium poisoning.
