Podolian A. The quality control system of installing muff with internal filling on the existing pipeline.

The work is dedicated to the development of quality control system of installation glue-welding muff on the existing main pipeline , optimization the parameters of technological operations and construction joints in terms of monitoring. The methods of control for maximum efficiency of gain box-pipeline are proposed and investigated. Coupling technology and their installation methods for fitting self-hardening substance in threaded space with quality control work are designed. The use of EMA method for nondestructive testing of a muff space filling with compound and liquid metal has been investigated. The method of ultrasound wave generation in сurrent conducting medium and probe pulse forming process in EMA transducers as well as magnetic field former design have been proposed.
