This research focuses on the impact of class G antibodies in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus on key indicators of the hemostatic system. The state of hemostasis in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. Displaying accumulation of abnormal coagulation inhibitors in background suppression fibrinolytic system. It is proved that a common pool of IgG of patients reduces the activity of two key regulatory proteins cascade of coagulation of blood plasma - protein C by factor 4.8 and factor X in 1.9 times. Established that a common pool of IgG of patients reduces the rate of prothrombin activation in plasma by 43 %, while net prothrombin activity under the influence of antibodies is reduced by 65%. It is shown that IgG, obtained from different patients have individual character impact on the system of hemostasis. Established that IgG patients activate platelets , causing the release of the last significant amounts of plasminogen activator inhibitor type first . The increase of sensitivity of patients to their platelet ADP and collagen by 20 % and 10 % respectively.
