Essay

The dissertation deals with the solution of actual scientific problem concerning energy efficiency improvement of the electrohydraulic unit by means of electric drive use of automatic control system of electric pump with installed in the pipeline networks of electromechanical device of cavitation process control. The mathematical model of the pump complex with adjustable electric drive which takes into account the presence of cavitation process in the pipeline network as a cavitation channel has been developed. It has been suggested the method of determination of limits of cavitation-free performance of the pump complex that makes it possible to determine the range of allowed values of frequency rotation variations of the electric drive of the pump within the regulation of efficiency under the required limits. The method and the electromechanical device of control of cavitation process in the pump complex leading to reduction of inefficient power loss caused by cavitation, with the possibility of its simultaneous energy recuperation, providing the appropriate schedule of water consumption have been worked out. Reasonably components of criterion of quality of the developed closed system of automatic control of the electric drive of a pump complex which allows to reduce the losses of the power caused by cavitational processes in the pipeline with simultaneous recovery of energy of steam-gas mix at stabilization of a pressure of the consumer. The physical model of the pump set at the development of cavitation processes in the hydrodynamic network has been analyzed; the theoretical and experimental studies results have been compared. The results of the thesis are introduced into the educational process at the Department of Automatic Control and Electric Drive of Kremenchuk Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi National University.
