A set of interrelated scientifically based principles of energy-dispersive analysis and optimization of sugar production thermotechnological complex has been elaborated on the basis of fundamental thermodynamic principles. According to the theoretical studies a complex task of energy efficiency analysis and optimization of sugar production thermotechnological complex have been formulated. The findings form the basis of optimization of sugar production thermotechnological complex.
