Essay

The thesis is devoted to studying the effects of allogeneic mesenchymal bone marrow stem cells on the course of experimental chronic toxic hepatitis in rats and dogs. Modeling of experimental chronic toxic hepatitis in rats and dogs by administration of 50 % emulsion of carbon tetrachloride are studied. Changes of serum biochemical parameters and morphological changes in the liver tissue of rats after administration of different doses of 50 % emulsion of carbon tetrachloride are studied. The course of reparative processes in the liver of rats after using of allogeneic mesenchymal stem cells and depending on the mode of administration of cells in the body are studied. Clinical manifestations, changes of biochemical parameters of blood and morphological changes in the liver of rats with experimental chronic toxic hepatitis after using of allogeneic mesenchymal stem cells are studied. The effect of allogeneic mesenchymal stem cells on the functional state of the liver in dogs are compared with the traditional method of treatment of experimental chronic toxic hepatitis.
