Novodon O. Management of innovative development of the region on the basis of the knowledge economy

Scientific thesis is devoted to disclosure of theoretical and methodical, scientific and practical issues of management of innovative development of the region on the basis of the knowledge economy. This paper improves understanding of the category "innovative development of the region" and singles out the its key peculiarities. Content of the category "knowledge-based economy" and the directions of its transformation are investigated, the differentiation of concepts of "new economy" in terms of their resources are made. The author proposed understanding of principles of innovative development of the region on the basis of the knowledge economy and made its clarifying. Management of innovative development must be based on this principles. The analytical study of the conditions and opportunities of innovative regional development in knowledge economy is made. The mechanism of diagnostics of innovative development of the region on the basis of the knowledge economy is worked out. Its approbation admitted the identification of conceptual framework and tools of regional innovative policy are determined.
