Thesis deals with the actual scientific and technical problems increase process efficiency grinding tool materials with SHM wheels through the study of the conditions of electrical phenomena in abrasive processing and their subsequent use for monitoring and diagnosis of the grinding process, and to target it. It is shown that the increase in the electrification process of cutting wheels SHM contributing following factors as an increase in the relative concentration of grains in SHM cutting wheel layer and the presence of SHM coverage grains. It is proved that the level of electrification may operate through as functional additives in the coating grains and to the working layer wheel. Established that impurities such as titanium oxide reduces electrification and alumina and nickel increase contrast, and a lower value of electrification in the processing fit the largest value of SHM durability wheels. We found that the significant decrease of the thermopower in grinding wheels of CBN must apply glass coating copper metallization and to increase - metallization titanium or nickel, the latter is more perceptible in terms of increasing the durability of wheels. Practical recommendations to improve processes grinders wheels with regard SHM electrical phenomena, and the results of the dissertation put into production.
